‘closer to u‘ is Loriah’s 3rd EP, written from an introspective season, Loriah reflects deeply on her different relationships that she for whatever reason, invited into her life, but that left her wounded. She was and continues to be in her own space, tending to the wounds that needs healing. Filling her spiritual cup and lets her soul rest – for just a little while longer. The worst is never the worst.

Due to an electric shock in March 2025, that caused severe electric injury to her nervous system, Loriah has been unable to promote this EP to the extent she had hoped for. Hence it only being available on Bandcamp (& Youtube) to purchase. She hopes to shine more light on the project once her health is better.

Purify Your Sight, the first single from Loriah’s EP ‘The Garden‘ has been received with open arms of her inspirations such as Rahsaan Patterson, Morris Hayes and Kendrick Scott. Purify Your Sight was featured on BBC Radio 2’s “The Jazz Show” with Jamie Cullum on 2nd of August. Her EP ‘The Garden’, is produced, mixed and mastered by herself and is now available worldwide.
